You may place an order online then collect it from your closest store. If you choosen store has the items in stock you can collect right away otherwise they will transfer the stock from another store or our distribution centre to your local store free of charge. To collect in-store place your order online as normal and select the "collect in-store" option instead of courier delivery.

After placing your order you will be contacted by the store when your order is available to pick-up.

Products may only be picked up from store on presentation of suitable id and an order number, please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up this order shows one of the following forms of id:

- New Zealand driver's licence
- Passport
- Photo credit card
- 18+ card
