If I purchase a 5 or 3 Year warranty am I covered overseas?
Yes you are covered. You will need to contact SuperCover Helpline on +64 508 927 726 or email claims@iugonline.com.
Freight costs may apply if the failed product needs to be shipped to a repairer or you may be asked to return the faulty product to new Zealand or another location that is advised. In some cases you may need to pay the Repairer directly - if so the warranty provider will reimburse you on reciept of the apppropriate documentation.
