Acceptance of an order

In the unlikely event where an ordered product is not available or if there is an error in the price or product description presented on the website our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. This may result in the cancellation of your order or replacement with an alternative product.

The customer can return any product for an exchange or Noel Leeming or Bond & Bond Gift Card within 14 days of purchase. On the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.

Extended Warranties:
The customer can return an extended warranty for a refund within 28 days of the original purchase date.

To redeem a Gift Card:
