  • When arriving at the store for pickup, please ensure you bring your order number (on your phone or printed) and a valid photo ID and head to the Customer Service / Click & Collect counter. If the store is full, you may be asked to join a queue. Please inform a Passionate Expert that you're there for a pickup.
