Our stores and online services are temporarily closed. This means we’ve also had to close our fulfilment centres across the country for the safety of our teams as they enter lockdown.

Our team members have tried their best to ship as many orders as possible before the March 25th deadline, however, if you have not received your order we are able to offer you the following options:

  1.  Await delivery or collection till we reopen. As soon as we can start shipping again, we’ll prioritise the deliveries left on hold, and get yours to you as soon as possible. If you would like this option, you don’t need to do anything right now.
  2.  Cancel your order and receive a refund. If you would like to cancel, please email us at and be sure to include your order number

How does it work?

At checkout, you get to choose – wait for delivery, or get the FREE ‘Click & Collect” in-store' option.

Remember to check if your chosen store has stock first.  The order should reflect the “ready to collect” dates, but if you need it within 24 hours, make sure to check which of your local stores has stock and select to collect from that store instead.

Cost & timings

Click & Collect is a completely free service!  If the store has the item in stock, the turnaround time is 3 hours from the time of order.

TIP: keep in mind the store’s trading hours when planning your collection. For same day collection it is best to order before 2pm.

If there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer the stock from another store, or our distribution centre, to your local store free of charge.  In the event of a transfer being required this will take approximately 2-4 working days and you will be contacted as soon as the item is in-store and ready for collection.

TIP: always check which stores have the most stock in your area and choose to Click and Collect from them as this is the best way to ensure you get the stock.

If you have ordered a ‘special order item’ our team will order the item in from the relevant supplier and you will receive notification that your item is ready for collection as soon as the product arrives at your chosen store. The lead time for such items is generally 7-10 working days, however, this is subject to availability of the product with the supplier.

Collecting your order

Always make sure you have received the “ready for collection” text or email before making your way to the store.  Please make sure whomever is collecting your order has their name reflecting on the order.

For your peace-of-mind, all collections will require some form of ID

  • New Zealand Driver's licence
  • Passport
  • 18+ card

TIP: If you are unsure who is going to collect your item, add multiple names of those who may collect to avoid problems at the time of collection. Just make sure they have their ID on them.

Returns and exchanges

If you have changed your mind, you will be able to refund your Click & Collect purchase at the store on arrival, before leaving the store.  Should you leave the store, then the 14 Day Right of Exchange policy will kick in and you will only be able to return your product for an exchange or Noel Leeming Gift Card within 14 days of purchase.  Terms and conditions apply [link to the returns and exchanges page]
