How Click & Collect works
You can now place Click & Collect orders and get contactless pickups at most of our stores.
Please note we will continue to follow the government guidelines of social distancing and sanitising. We request that if you are unwell, to please send someone with a copy of your ID, order details and a letter to confirm that they are able to collect on your behalf. Alternatively, choose contactless delivery as your preferred option.
- When an order is placed it will be fulfilled by your local store if stock is available. In case the store doesn't have your item, it will get it for your from one of our other stores or the online fulfillment centre.
- Then a one of our Passionate Experts will email or text if you've provided a mobile number to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
- When arriving at the store for pickup, please ensure you bring your order number (on your phone or printed) and a valid photo ID and head to the Customer Service / Click & Collect counter. If the store is full, you may be asked to join a queue. Please inform a Passionate Expert that you're there for a pickup.
- We will get your items for you, maintaining a safe distance at all times during the hand-over process.

How to collect from a Contactless Collection Point
Click and Collect - Frequently Asked Questions
You can place a contactless Click & Collect order online and select the store you’d like to pick up from. You will be notified via email and text. There will be a pick-up point outside the store where you can provide your order number and collect your items in a safe and contactless way. Please bring your order number and the surname associated to the order along with your ID.
Provided the item is in a particular store, Click & Collect will be available within one hour and in most cases, is faster than home delivery.
Click & Collect will operate as per our store trading hours.
Yes, our contactless Click and Collect is completely free.
If you've placed an order between 9am - 3pm for click & collect, and the stock is available at your selected store, you can expect to receive a text from one of our passionate experts to arrange a time to collect your order for free.
All Noel Leeming stores will offer contactless ‘Click & Collect’ apart from Clearance Centres in Penrose and Wairua, which can only offer a delivery service.
If your item is available in your designated local store, it will be available within 1 hour of you placing the order. One of our Passionate Experts will email or text if you've provided a mobile number to confirm when it is available for collection. If the item needs to be sent from our central distribution centre or another store, we will offer to send it directly to you for free or to have it sent to your local store.

Yes, someone can collect on your behalf, provided they have your order number and a valid photo ID.

A valid photo ID and your order number will be required for us to bring you your order.
We accept Driver's Licences, Passports, Police IDs or Armed Forces IDs. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Card, AMEX, and NZ EFTPOS cards provided they have your name imprinted and your signature.
In case of a bulky item, our team can help you load it into your vehicle. If need be, they will work in pairs, wearing appropriate PPE.
If you are collecting large, bulky and oversized items, you must ensure prior to making the purchase that you will be able to fit this into/onto your vehicle or other appropriate mode of transport. If you cannot fit the product into/onto your vehicle, please order your product for delivery to your home.
Please note: While collecting large items, we will not be liable for damage which occurs once the items have been handed over to you as part of the collection process. You will be responsible for ensuring your product is secure for the journey to your destination.
Our teams will be operating in a contactless and safe way. PPE will be available for all team members who wish to use it, and hygiene and social distancing protocols are in place in line with the Ministry of Health guidelines.

Items like whiteware, certain TVs, etc. are considered oversized. Items can be identified as oversized by adding them to your cart while placing an order.
In all cases, we will lift the item into the car as long as you give us permission to do so. Our team members will be required to wear PPE and we will need you to follow safe distancing while we do it. Our team members will not operate your vehicle for risk purposes, this includes reversing and the likes.
