An update for our customers and communities from us on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Kia ora to our customers and our communities,

We are pleased to announce that we can now help get you the essential appliances you need during the COVID-19 Lockdown period.

Shop online now for essential appliances and we'll deliver as quickly as possible.

We support the New Zealand Government’s decision to protect people’s safety and wellbeing. Therefore all our Noel Leeming stores will be closed until further notice. It’s the best thing we can do to keep you, your family, and our team safe.

If you have an outstanding order, we will deliver it once we’re back up and running. You can learn more about your options here.

Any non-essential items in your order will be delivered once we reopen stores.

At this stage we are only able to offer delivery on orders (no Click & Collect option available at this stage). All our deliveries are "No-Contact" in partnership with NZ Post.

We will coordinate any oversized deliveries directly with you to ensure there’s always a 2-metre distance between you and our delivery team.

Deliveries may be delayed due to high order volumes, but we will do our best to deliver your essential items as fast as possible.

Delivery Order Update

If we were unable ship your order before temporary closure, you have a couple of options:

  1. Await delivery or collection till we reopen. As soon as we are able to resume deliveries, we will prioritise all deliveries on hold and ship to you as soon as possible.
  2. Cancel your order and receive a refund. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at onlinefulfillment@nlg.co.nz and be sure to include your order number.
  3. If you have an essential item in your order, contact our team on onlinefulfillment@nlg.co.nz or 0800 44 44 88 and we will cancel your previous order and place a new order for you. Be sure to quote your order number.
  4. We’re shipping with safety in mind. NZ Post deliveries will be left at your door. We will coordinate any oversized deliveries directly with you to ensure there’s always a 2-metre distance between you and our delivery team. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and hope to see you again when we reopen our stores.

Click & Collect Order Update

Due to the Level 4 Lockdown, Click & Collect is currently unavailable.

If you have an outstanding order, or were unable to collect your order before the temporary closure, you have a couple of options:

  1. Collect when we reopen. As soon as we can start shipping again, we’ll prioritise the orders left on hold, and get yours to you as soon as possible. If you would like this option, you don’t need to do anything right now.

Our fulfilment centre and delivery teams are all following our PPE, Hygiene and Safe Distance Policy which aligns with the current Ministry of Health guidelines, and the approach taken by other retailers operating their distribution and fulfilment centres including:

• Keeping a safe distance of greater than 2 metres between team members

• Following good hygiene practices of hand washing and sanitising, and

• Ensuring that team members who are unwell stay away from the workplace
