Whether you shop online, in store or by phone we have a number of options to make receiving your new purchase easy and convenient.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we’ll make every effort to process your order quickly. When the product is in stock and you order from our website before 2pm on any business day you can expect your delivery in 1-3 business days. If you place an order after 2pm on a business day or over a weekend / public holiday you can expect to receive your items anywhere within 2-4 business days of placing your order.

If your house is on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route you’ll need to allow an additional 2 business days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number for delivery.

Delivery to your door.  

For the delivery of smaller items, we have partnered with Courier Post and for larger purchases we have a dedicated delivery team who can not only deliver your new purchase but will also, as an added service, take away the packaging leaving you with your new item and none of the cleaning up.

Click and collect.

Order it now, and pick it up today! If you make a purchase by phone or online but you don’t want to wait for delivery, click and collect is the perfect solution for you. Simply place your order, select the store most convenient to you and when your purchase is ready you can collect it from the store. If our store has the stock you will be able to pick it up in 3 hours. Best of all, our click and collect service is FREE!

How much will the delivery cost?

The following charges are specific to New Zealand delivery addresses only.  Installation services are available for some items but may incur additional charges. 

Each product is classified as ‘Small’ or ‘Large’. There are two delivery rates, based on the size of the product.  Remote delivery prices may vary, for a specific delivery fee for an item delivered to your area, contact our Customer Care team on 0800 44 44 88.

The delivery fee is charged per order. When ordering multiple products on the same order, you will only be charged one delivery fee.  A single order consisting of a combination of Small and Large items will only be charged at the Large rate.

Local Region Rates
Small Item Delivery Rate:
$6.00 per order.
Large Item Delivery Rate:
$89.00 per order.

Rural Region Rates

Due to increased transportation costs, deliveries to rural regions are charged at a different rate. Rural Regions are defined as: 50 kilometres or more away from the nearest Noel Leeming store.
Small Item Delivery Rate:
$6.00 per order.
Large Item Delivery Rate:
$99.00 per order.

Remote Region Rates
Please note that in some cases, such as delivery to remote areas, the delivery may be completed by a third party transport company. For further information on where Noel Leeming deliver contact Noel Leeming Customer Care on 0800 44 44 88 .

The delivery charge for a specific item will be displayed in the cart total automatically when you add the item to your cart.  If you wish to collect the item from your local branch rather than have the item delivered, you can select the pick-up option during the check-out process and the delivery fee will be removed.  For full details of the ‘Click and Collect’ process, click here.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Large Item Delivery Times::
Delivery times for large items will depend on our stores' stock levels in your local area. If we have the item in-stock, our delivery team will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery time after your order is processed. You will receive email notification when your order has been processed and a call from our delivery team will follow, usually within 1- 2 working days. Bookings for delivery times are usually available within 3 working days from when our delivery team call you to arrange delivery.

Small Item Delivery Times::
Delivery times for small items are dependent on stock availability in our dispatch centre at the time of your order. If an item is in-stock, our team will dispatch the item out to you on the next available courier, after your order has been processed. You will receive notification when your order has been processed and you will also receive an email when your order is dispatched via CourierPost to advise you that the item is on its way. If the item is low in stock, we may need to transfer the item from elsewhere in the country. If this is the case, delivery may take a little longer. Transfers typically take 2-4 workings days and when the item arrives with our online dispatch team and is sent out via CourierPost, you will receive an email to notify you of this.

Special Order items::
If the item displays the message "Item on order" or Special Order Only" the lead time is dependent on the availability of the product with the supplier. For large item delivery, you will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a time for delivery as soon as the product arrives in-store. For small items, your order is dispatched via CourierPost as soon as it arrives with our dispatch centre and you will receive an email to notify you of the item's dispatch. What is Click and Collect and how does it work?

Order now - pick up today! It’s as simple as that. Check your store has the stock when you place your order, choose the click and collect option and you will be able to pick up your package in 3 hours (during business hours). As soon as you receive an email confirming your order is your ready you can head into your local store. If, there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer the stock from another store or our distribution centre to your local store free of charge. Transfers typically take approximately 2-4 working days and you will be contacted as soon as the item is in-store and ready for collection.

If you have ordered a ‘Special order item’ our team will order the item in from the relevant supplier and you will receive notification that your item is ready for collection as soon as the product arrives with your chosen store. The lead time for such items is generally 7-10 working days, however, this is subject to availability of the product with the supplier.

To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the "collect in-store" option instead of entering your delivery details, during the checkout process.

When placing items into the Shopping Cart, the standard (local) delivery charge for that item is automatically added to the cart, to let you know of the cost of delivery to your door. You will not be charged a delivery fee if you opt to collect the product from a physical Noel Leeming store. When you select the “collect in-store" option, during the checkout process, the delivery charge for that order is removed from the shopping cart.

After placing your order, you will be contacted when your order is available to pick-up.
For all online click and collect purchases and refunds, Noel Leeming follows a strict policy. The customer needs to organise a refund if they are not happy before taking the goods away, after that the customer would be eligible for an exchange the same as a store purchase.

Products may only be picked up from your chosen store upon presentation of valid New Zealand photographic ID and an order number. Please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up the order shows one of the following forms of ID:

• New Zealand Driver's licence
• Passport
• 18+ card

Where do you deliver for Online Orders?

Online orders can be shipped anywhere in New Zealand, with the exception of large items to islands including the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island.  We are able to deliver to a freight forwarder arranged by the customer.
While you can place an order online from overseas, we are only able to delivery to valid New Zealand addresses and you will be required to provide both a New Zealand address and valid New Zealand contact details during the checkout process.
For delivery of small items, a courier charge of $6.00 is required and we usually ship to any New Zealand Address. We do not ship any items to P O Boxes, as signature is required.
All deliveries, for large and small items, need to be accepted by someone present at the delivery address.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the item and location of delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

For delivery of small items, we use Courier Post who have a delivery target of 1 – 3 working days. For delivery/installation of large items, we have our own local delivery team who will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time once your products are in stock with them.

How can I track my order?

 

We use CourierPost for our small item deliveries; once you have received email notification that your order has been dispatched and you have been supplied with a tracking number, you are able to track your parcel via the track and trace section of the courier post website: www.courierpost.co.nz
For large item deliveries, you will be contacted by our delivery team to pre-arrange a time for delivery once your order is processed and your item is in-stock with them.

Can I have my items installed?

Yes, we are more than happy to arrange installation of large items. Fees vary depending on the exact product and your requirements.

Delivery Only:
Our standard delivery fee is $89 for local areas. Delivery to Rural areas is $99.

Delivery and Installation:
Some large items already include installation in the delivery price of $89, these include:

• Fridges, Washing Machines and Dryers (fitting to existing connections - no plumbing work can be done. Dryer wall mounting costs a little more, see below)

Other items cost a little more, $119 for delivery and installation, these include:
• Installing dishwashers (fitting to existing taps - no plumbing work can be done)
• Tuning your new television (into existing aerial connections)
• Dryer wall mounts- only available in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington & Christchurch please call to book

TV Cabinet Installation:
• The charge for Delivery and installation of TV cabinet kit-sets is $169.00

For additional TV and Home Theatre set-up services, see our Tech Solutions services page. If would like to have any of these large items installed when they are delivered, please contact our Customer Care team on 0800 44 44 88 after placing your order so that this can be arranged.

Stove delivery with installation:
As we need to send a registered electrician to the address, stove installation is a little more expensive. Prices for stove delivery with installation are from $169.00 (excludes gas oven installation).

You will need to state that installation is required in the comments field of your order. If you have any questions about delivery please don't hesitate to contact us.

Heat Pump Installation:
For Heat-Pumps, our team can arrange for an authorised Heat Pump installer to assess your property and provide a free, obligation free quote for installation and make model recommendations for your property. To arrange a quote, you can visit the team in-store or contact our Customer Support team on 0800 44 44 88.

Can you remove old appliances during delivery?

When you opt to have your new large appliances delivered, our delivery team can remove old appliances for no extra charge, if you request this at the time of purchase.

If making an online purchase, please state this in the 'comments' field. Please note, this is only available for large item deliveries/installation. We will also remove all rubbish from installing the new product.
