I have an existing store credit, can I still use this?

Yes you can. Until July 27th 2014 you can use your store credit in any one of our 5 Auckland stores unless it expires beforehand. It will not be applicable any time after.

I have a Gift Card, can I still use this?

Yes you can, however you will need to use it by July 27th in store. After July 27th 2014, it cannot be redeemed anywhere and you will not be entitled to a cash refund.

Can I get a refund for a Gift Card or Store Credit that I won't use?

No refunds will be given for Gift Cards & Store Credits that are not redeemed. You have until July 27th 2014 to redeem in one of our 5 Auckland stores.

I recently made a purchase that came with a bonus gift, will I still receive this?

Any advertised Gifts with Purchase will be honored either when you collect your purchase from store or delivered to your address. This may be after July 27th 2014.

I made a purchase using GE Finance or Q card, can I continue to pay this off and receive the interest free period?

Yes you can, there is no change to your contract with either GE Finance or Q Card.

I have a faulty product that I would like to be repaired, replaced or refunded, what can I do?

Prior to July 27th 2014, please come in or contact one of our 5 stores to arrange. After July 27th 2014, and it is within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact or go into any Noel Leeming store within Greater Auckland. Please remember to have your The Good Guys invoice with you. If it is within the Extended Warranty period, please call our call centre in Melbourne on the toll free number – 0800 555 211 between 10.30am - 7.30pm or email us on warranty@domesticandgeneral.com

I purchased a product with an Extended Warranty. Will it still be honored?

Yes it will be honored up until the end of the purchased term. Please call our call centre in Melbourne on toll free number to claim – 0800 555 211 between 10.30am - 7.30pm or email us on warranty@domesticandgeneral.com

Can I still purchase something with an Extended Warranty before your stores close?

No, we are no longer offering Extended Warranties with our products, however the manufacturers warranty will still apply.

If I have any questions regarding my Extended Warranty, whom can I talk to?

I have paid for an installation in the past few days – will this still go ahead?

Yes, this will be completed as planned.

I have a web order that I place recently, will it be fulfilled?

Yes it will. Please email us for any enquiries at webmasterNZ@thegoodguys.co.nz

I have a product on Back Order, will I still receive my purchase?

We will be in contact with you personally if a full refund is required or if we can offer you an upgrade.

Can I cancel a purchase that I made that has not been delivered yet?

Yes you can, please contact the store where you made the purchase to arrange.

Can I get a copy of my invoice once you have closed your stores?

Yes, please email us on customercare@thegoodguys.com.au

I have a product on Layby with one of your stores, what do I need to do?

You will need to complete the payments by July 27th 2014 or you can contact us to get a full refund and we will cancel your Layby.
