How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Large Item Delivery Times:
Delivery times for large items will depend on our stores’ stock levels in your local area. If we have the item in-stock, our delivery team will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery time after your order is processed. You will receive email notification when your order has been processed and a call from our delivery team will follow, usually within 1- 2 working days.
Bookings for delivery times are usually available within 3 working days from when our delivery team call you to arrange delivery.
Small Item Delivery Times:
Delivery times for small items are dependent on stock availability in our dispatch centre at the time of your order. If an item is in-stock, our team will dispatch the item out to you on the next available courier, after your order has been processed. You will receive notification when your order has been processed and you will also receive an email when your order is dispatched via CourierPost to advise you that the item is on its way.
If the item is low in stock, we may need to transfer the item from elsewhere in the country. If this is the case, delivery may take a little longer. Transfers typically take 2-4 workings days and when the item arrives with our online dispatch team and is sent out via CourierPost, you will receive an email to notify you of this.
Special Order items:
If the item displays the message “Item on order” or Special Order Only” the lead time is dependent on the availability of the product with the supplier. For large item delivery, you will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a time for delivery as soon as the product arrives in-store. For small items, your order is dispatched via CourierPost as soon as it arrives with our dispatch centre and you will receive an email to notify you of the item’s dispatch.
