Can I return a Noel Leeming Service Protection Plan?

Yes, you have the right to cancel the Service Protection Plan in 7 days of purchase for a refund. Under the Cooling off Period clause, you can choose to return an unused Service Protection Plan for a store credit via a Noel Leeming gift card after 7 days but before 28 days from the date of the original purchase date.

Purchasing a Noel Leeming Service Protection Plan with us:

If you would like to purchase a Service Protection Plan after buying a product, you can choose to add a Service Protection Plan to the product up to 30 days after the original purchase. To do this, please visit your local Noel Leeming store or call us on 0800 44 44 88.

There are many ways to purchase a Service Protection Plan for a product you are buying online, you can:

  • Select the Service Protection Plan via the radio buttons located just above the 'Buy Now' button on the product page.

  • Select Service Protection Plan on the popup that will appear after the 'Buy Now' button is clicked on

  • Select the Service Protection Plan in the checkout/cart via the radio buttons located in the 'Optional Extras' box.

Can I transfer my Service Protection Plan to another person?

Yes. If your product is sold or given to another person, you can transfer the remaining portion of the Service Protection Plan to them. You will need to contact us to do this.
