How do I return a product purchased online?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your ONLINE purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days. For store purchases please refer to our store return policy . The item must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. Please note our online returns and exchanges policy only applies to online orders and purchases. 

Products purchased online can be brought into your local Noel Leeming store, or send it back to us via Courierpost at your own cost - arrangements can be made with our Customer Care team on 0800 44 44 88. 

If you do receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team on 0800 44 44 88 within 2 days of receiving your goods. They will advise of the steps to take from there.
