What will happen to my order if I have already placed it?

Our stores and online services are temporarily closed. This means we’ve also had to close our fulfillment centres across the country for the safety of our teams as they enter lockdown.

Our team members have tried their best to ship as many orders as possible before the March 25th deadline, however, if you have not received your order we are able to offer you the following options:

  1. Await delivery or collection till we reopen. As soon as we can start shipping again, we’ll prioritise the deliveries left on hold, and get yours to you as soon as possible. If you would like this option, you don’t need to do anything right now.
  2. Cancel your order and receive a refund. If you would like to cancel, please email us onlinefulfillment@nlg.co.nz and be sure to include your order number.
