Our Helpdesk team are available to help you solve your tricky technology issues. We can troubleshoot the problem while you stay home, with remote access to your computer, smartphone or tablet, all over a secure connection.

We are a Kiwi-based Team offering 7-day support, 8:30am - 5pm, over the Phone, through web chat and remote access.

We will diagnose your device to find out what the problem is. Once we know what’s wrong with your device, we can help you fix it over the phone or using our remote assistance technology

12 Month Unlimited Support- Single Device

12 months of UNLIMITED phone, chat and remote support for a single device. We'll help solve any challenges you have with your choice of technology or applicance.

12 month Unlimited Helpdesk Service

Need help with more than 1 device? Our Helpdesk subscription service will give you 12 months of UNLIMITED phone, chat and remote support. We'll help solve any tech or appliance challenges you might be facing in your household.
