If you have an existing booking, one of our team will be in touch to reschedule your booking. For new bookings we will be in contact to book in with you when we are able. - We'll deliver your new computer to your home or business.
- We'll connect any other existing devices such as printers, scanners and hard drives.
- We'll assess your existing Wi-Fi network for any potential issues.
- COVID Level 3 update. We will coordinate directly with you to ensure there is always a 2 meter distance between you and our delivery team. Our team members will explain how they will operate before commencing the Services. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. This may include you needing to vacate the room when we perform the work in your home. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Remote Services such as Helpdesk, Virtual Consultation and Remote Learning sessions will still be available
