Watermelon raspberry ice blocks

  • 800 grams cubed watermelon
  • 2 cups raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • Juice of 2 limes


  1. Blend half the ingredients
  2. Pour into loaf pan
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients
  4. Add eight evenly spaced popsicle sticks
  5. Pop out of moulds once frozen, cut into eight. Enjoy!
