Watermelon raspberry ice blocks
Get creative with your back to school or back to work snacks and try this delicious refreshing ice block for those hot summer afternoons!
- 800 grams cubed watermelon
- 2 cups raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 4 Tbsp honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- Blend half the ingredients
- Pour into loaf pan
- Repeat with remaining ingredients
- Add eight evenly spaced popsicle sticks
- Pop out of moulds once frozen, cut into eight. Enjoy!
