Breakfast Smoothie

One of our Junk Free June favourites, this tasty smoothie will keep your health goals on track and your stomach full for hours!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwifruit, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs LSA mix or protein powder
  • 3 tbs rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • Large handful baby spinach

Method

  1. Chop up a gold or green kiwi fruit and add to a blender along with a large handful of baby spinach, ½ C frozen berries, 3 tbs honey, 1 tbs chia seeds, 2 tbs LSA mix or protein powder, 3 tbs rolled oats, ½ C coconut yoghurt and a ¼ C coconut water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass and drink.
