Noel Leeming Anniversary 2026 Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotional period begins on Wednesday 12th August 2026 and ends on Tuesday 25th August 2026 (“Promotional Period”), unless otherwise stated or while stocks last. Personal shoppers only. Trade not supplied.
  2. The “Be in to win a share of $150,000 worth of prizes” promotion is made up of the sub-promotions set out below. The entry requirements, winner selection methods and available prizes for each sub-promotion are described in these Terms and Conditions. The total prize pool across all sub-promotions is valued at over $150,000 based on retail prices.

    Online “Anniversary Tour Spin to Win”

    • You can enter the Noel Leeming Anniversary Tour Winning Wheel (“Winning Wheel”) online at Anniversary Sale - Noel Leeming in one of the following two ways:
      1. A new daily clue will be released at 12:00am each day during the Promotional Period. If you crack the clue by 11:59pm on the same day, you will unlock one chance to spin the Winning Wheel.
      2. If you have a Golden Ticket code, you can skip the clue and redeem your code for one chance to spin the Winning Wheel. Golden Tickets may be found in store, online, shared by selected influencers, or provided to customers by our Services team. A limited number of Golden Tickets will be issued during the Promotional Period.
    • You must register your email address to spin the Winning Wheel. You may only enter using one email address and must enter in your own name. Entry is limited to one spin per email address per day during the Promotional Period. Noel Leeming is not responsible for, and is under no obligation to accept, any lost, late, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries.
    • The prize pool includes 222 selected tech or appliance products, plus 140 x free Zagg ISOD Elite Film Screen Protection services, 70 x $53 Noel Leeming Gift Cards, 1100 x $5 Noel Leeming Gift Cards, and entries into the Grand Prize Pack draw.     • Each day during the Promotional Period, a set number of prizes will be allocated to that day. Winners will be selected at random by the digital Winning Wheel, which is programmed and administered by our external Promotional Agency Thompson Spencer.
    • After spinning the Winning Wheel, you will receive an on-screen confirmation message. If you win a specific prize, you will also receive a message to your nominated email address with details on how to claim or redeem your prize. To be eligible to claim a prize, the winner must use the same email address that was used to submit the winning entry.

    • To participate, customers must be present in store during the relevant activation period. Entry is free and limited to one spin per customer per day, subject to availability. All spins must be supervised by a Noel Leeming Team Member to be considered valid. Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    • Customers who land on the “Big Prize of the Day” segment of the wheel will be entered into the draw to win one Samsung Galaxy A27 5G 128GB Black smartphone bundle (Noel Leeming product code 253152). One winner will be drawn at the end of the activation at each participating store.
    • Customers who land on the “Mystery Prize” segment of the wheel will win one of the prizes listed below. Prizes will be awarded at random and are subject to availability.

    The Grand Prize Pack

    The Grand Prize Pack is valued at over NZ$25,000, based on average retail prices during the four weeks leading up to Friday 31 July 2026. It includes the products listed below, free delivery for the whiteware items, and free delivery and installation for the TV and soundbar.

    There are two ways to enter the draw to win the Grand Prize Pack:

    1. Spend $53 or more in a single transaction at any Noel Leeming store or online during the Promotional Period. Upon completion of a valid purchase, you will be automatically entered into the draw for the Grand Prize Pack. You may enter as many times as you like, provided each entry is linked to a valid purchase with a new invoice number or online order number during the Promotional Period.
    2. Participate in the online Anniversary Tour Spin to Win and win a “Grand Prize Entry”. You will then be automatically entered into the draw for the Grand Prize Pack.

    The winner of the Grand Prize Pack will be drawn at random by Noel Leeming and contacted on Friday 4 September 2026 between 9am and 5pm, using either the contact details linked to the valid product purchase or the email address registered for the Winning Wheel. If the winner cannot be contacted by Friday 11 September 2026, the prize will be redrawn on Monday 14 September 2026 on the same terms as the original draw.

The Prizes

  • All prizes are courtesy of Noel Leeming and participating suppliers. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. All prizes are as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Noel Leeming Gift Cards awarded as prizes are subject to the Gift Cards Use terms and conditions available at noelleeming.co.nz/terms . Spark Prepay Vouchers awarded as prizes are subject to the terms and conditions available at Spark.co.nz/general-terms .
  • Each free Zagg ISOD Elite Film Screen Protection service applies to one smartphone only, must be redeemed in store, and is subject to the terms and conditions available at noelleeming.co.nz/services .

Winners

  • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, such as a passport or valid driver licence.
  • Winners agree that Noel Leeming may publish their name, region and photo on noelleeming.co.nz and in other Noel Leeming marketing material. Winners also agree to take part in reasonable publicity required by Noel Leeming in connection with receiving their prize, without compensation.
  • Winners agree to grant Noel Leeming a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use any entry, image, photo or other material provided in connection with the promotion in any media, without compensation.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is The Warehouse Limited trading as Noel Leeming (“Noel Leeming”). Prizes are courtesy of Noel Leeming and in conjunction with participating suppliers.
  2. Making a valid purchase or participating Noel Leeming Anniversary Spin to Win is deemed acceptance of any applicable Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement and those of our Promotion Agency. Thompson Spencer (the “Promotion Agency") will collect and hold customer entry information into the Grand Prize Draw solely for the purposes of administering the Competition. This information will not be used for any other purpose without the customer's express consent.   3. Noel Leeming’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand except for employees and their immediate families of The Warehouse Group Limited and its subsidiaries and entities, and our Promotion Agency.
  5. Any entrant who is under the age of 18 years must have their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter the promotion.
  6. Noel Leeming reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel a competition or promotion and to update the terms and conditions without notice.
  7. Where a prize requires delivery, collection, installation, booking or coordination with Noel Leeming or a third-party supplier, Noel Leeming will arrange this with the winner at a time that is reasonably convenient for Noel Leeming, the winner and any applicable third-party supplier. Unless otherwise stated, winners must accept, claim or redeem their prize within 14 days of the relevant prize draw date or winner notification date. If a prize is not accepted, claimed or redeemed within this timeframe, Noel Leeming may treat the prize as forfeited and may use or reallocate the prize at its discretion.
  8. If there are any prize stock supply delays, Noel Leeming will keep the relevant winners informed. If any prize item is unavailable for any reason, Noel Leeming reserves the right to substitute it with a different prize item of equal or greater value.
  9. If for any reason a winner cannot use any part of the arranged prize package that part will be forfeited without substitution or compensation.
  10. All prizes are courtesy of Noel Leeming and participating suppliers. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Noel Leeming accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value after the prize has been awarded, except where a prize item is unavailable and substituted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Noel Leeming Product Protection Plans and Damage Protection Plans are not available with free product prizes.
  12. Noel Leeming may be required by law to disclose any of the information that you provide. Noel Leeming will only make the disclosure if it believes, in good faith, that it is required to do so.
  13. Noel Leeming accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  14. Any product images or photos used in promotional material for this competition either in store or online are indicative only.
  15. If the winner is under 18 years of age at the closing date of the competition, the prize will be awarded to the winners’ parent or legal guardian on the winners’ behalf.
  16. Noel Leeming reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or the spirit of the promotion.
  17. Noel Leeming and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.
  18. Noel Leeming and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prizewinner in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  19. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
