How it works

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order from your preferred store.

*If the item is shown as in stock in your preferred store, your order will be ready for collection within 1 hour! Please note that for same-day Click & Collect you will need to place your order before 3 pm.

If an item is not available in your preferred store, you can still choose Click & Collect. However, expect the timeframe to be longer as the item(s) will be sent via our delivery partners to your preferred store.

Choose Click & Collect and your preferred store during checkout and review the timeframe.

Click and Collect in 3 easy steps

Step 1

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

You will receive a second email once your order is ready to collect.
Step 2

Step 2

Once you have received your ready to collect email, head into your selected Noel Leeming store to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring in proof of purchase and a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport or 18+ card) when collecting the products.

Step 3

Once in the Noel Leeming store, go to the designated collection point. Share your order number with our team member, who will retrieve your package for you.
