What is Included?
PRODUCT PROTECTION:
- Breakdown Cover: If your product breaks down outside of the standard Manufacturer’s Warranty we’ll cover it.
- Replacement for Covered Items $500 or less: for any products under $500 we will replace the item rather than repair it.
- Price Protection: If you find a lower advertised price of your product 30 days after your purchase, we’ll reimburse you the difference.
- Lemon protection If your product suffers a breakdown for the third time, we’ll replace it instead of repairing it.
- Unlimited Breakdown claims: you will be able to make a claim for each time your product breaks down.
- Free freight cost and assessment: Freight costs or assessment fees are covered, even when no fault is found with your product.
- Portable device overseas protection: If you’re traveling overseas, your portable product is covered.
- Commercial or Business Use: Businesses can use this plan as long as the product is not used to generate money.
- Food Spoilage or Laundry Costs: Up to $200 reimbursed when there is a breakdown with your fridge/freezer/washing machine or dryer.
- Transferable: If you sell or gift the product, you can transfer the plan to the new owner.

- Accidental Damage Cover: Accidents happen, if this, unfortunately, occurs to your item, we’ll cover it.
- Theft Cover: Unfortunately, not everyone is honest, that’s why we’ll cover you in the event your item is stolen.
