Essential is a set of AI tools and features within Nothing OS that help you capture, find, remember, and create with less effort. It adapts over time to the way you think and live. Essential Apps let you create small, personal tools using simple language. Instead of downloading apps, you shape what you need around your day. These tools live directly on your home screen, stay active, and respond when you need them. They feel less like apps you open and more like tools that are already there, ready to use.
Essential Space is your second memory. It's a place for you to capture and save what matters. Use the Essential Key to instantly capture an idea, screenshot, photo or voice note. Our powerful AI processing makes sense of it by creating intelligent summaries, extracting key information and to-dos, and even helping you remember upcoming events. You capture. Essential Space takes care of the rest. Essential Space syncs seamlessly across devices.
Essential Search is Nothing's own AI-powered search. Instead of giving you a list of links, it delivers concise, to-the-point answers without wasting your time. Look up news, recipes or get translations instantly. Integrated directly into Nothing OS, Essential Search works without opening any apps. Just swipe up on your home screen and start typing in the search bar. Essential Memory helps you recall important information naturally. Memories are created from what you capture in Essential Space, adding personal context to the answers you get from Essential Search. Essential Voice turns your speech into clear, well-structured text. It removes filler words, fixes mistakes and adapts tone for messages, emails or formal writing, while still sounding like you.
