- We can securely access the camera on your mobile device to offer troubleshooting help with your physical device such as a TV / Home Theatre, Printer, Appliance and more.
- We can troubleshoot virus/malware issues on your computing device and assist with removal if able.
- We offer remote education on your technology product or appliance.
- $59 Helpdesk Support Session. Additional services are available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
- Virus/malware removal limited to 1 per session. Subsequent removals will be chargable
- Not available for Commercial and Corporate business customers
- Remote control requires a compatible computer or mobile device with internet access - Windows Vista and above, macOS 10.4 and above, Android 2.3 and above, iOS 7 and above, Blackberry 4.2.3 and above
