Can I get Flybuys added to my account after I make a purchase?
You can get your Flybuys added to your account if your existing Flybuys card was not on-hand when you shopped, just make sure you let us know within 14 days of your purchase.
As these Flybuys are added manually, they take approximately 4-6 weeks to appear on your statement.
Terms and Conditions
In partnership with Flybuys, Noel Leeming customers can earn Flybuys in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
1. A customer can collect Flybuys each time a purchase of goods or services is made at any Noel Leeming store (including at any of our clearance stores) by presenting their Flybuys card, Flybuys App, or by including their Flybuys card number when completing a purchase of goods or services online at www.noelleeming.co.nz. Customers will earn one Flybuys for every $50 they spend.
2. Customers can earn Flybuys when they use a Noel Leeming gift card to make purchases of goods or services, but not for purchasing a Noel Leeming gift card.
3. Noel Leeming may offer extra Flybuys (Bonus Flybuys) on purchases of goods or services. These goods or services and/or the number of Bonus Flybuys may change at any time without notice.
4. Noel Leeming may also make limited Bonus Flybuys offers direct to all or to selected Flybuys members at our discretion.
5. Flybuys earned at Noel Leeming will be loaded onto a customer’s Flybuys account within 14 working days of a purchase of goods or services having been paid for in full and having been uplifted by or delivered to the customer. A customer can email Noel Leeming with their invoice number and their Flybuys number, or contact our Customer Support team on 0800 44 44 88 should they have any questions regarding Flybuys being applied to their Flybuys account.
6. A customer can get Flybuys added to their account if their existing Flybuys card was not on-hand when the purchase was made, up to 14 days post the initial purchase. To do this, the customer can submit an email to Noel Leeming with the invoice number and their Flybuys number, or contact our Customer Support team on 0800 44 44 88 to arrange this. As these Flybuys are added manually, they take approximately 4-6 weeks to appear on a customer’s statement.

8. Noel Leeming and Flybuys reserve the right to deduct Flybuys earned through Noel Leeming from a customer’s Flybuys account if the payment on which those Flybuys was earned is refunded or dishonoured for any reason.
9. A customer has the right to access and request correction of personal information that Noel Leeming or Flybuys hold about them.
10. Noel Leeming may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving customers at least 30 days’ notice on the Noel Leeming website www.noelleeming.co.nz. However, Noel Leeming may without notice change these Terms and Conditions at any time if Flybuys amends their Flybuys Terms and Conditions; or may stop awarding Flybuys to customers at any time at Noel Leeming’s discretion if we cease to be a partner in the Flybuys Programme.
11.Noel Leeming are not responsible and accept no liability for verifying whether the customer is the person/entity entitled to earn Flybuys (including Bonus Flybuys ) in relation to a purchase of goods, or services, or whether another person/entity should in fact be the beneficiary of those Flybuys.
12. Noel Leeming are not responsible and accept no liability for any breach by Flybuys or its other Flybuys partners of their obligations to customers in respect of the Flybuys Programme.
