Will you bring my TV upstairs if I live in an apartment or multi-level home?
Our team will deliver your TV to your home or business address if the boxed TV can safely fit in the lift, or if the boxed TV can be safely carried up a stairwell up to XX of flights of stairs in accordance with our health & safety protocol.
Do you provide the wall-mount bracket or do I need to purchase it separately?
You can purchase a suitable wall-mount bracket from Noel Leeming. Our Tech Solutions team can also recommend and install one during your appointment.
Can you hide the cables behind the wall?
Standard installation includes neat cable management along the wall surface. For in-wall cable concealment, please book an electrician to complete this service.
Will you set up my streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube)?
Yes. As part of a standard TV setup (Drop-off service excluded), our team will connect your TV to Wi-Fi, sign you in to your streaming accounts (with your login details), and ensure everything is ready to go.
What if my Wi-Fi signal isn’t strong enough where the TV is located?
As part of the service, our team will assess your Wi-Fi network. If needed, we can recommend and set up a mesh Wi-Fi system for a stronger, more reliable connection.
