Delivery Service

We offer a delivery service on all oversize items. A charge applies and will be provided to you prior to placing the order for a delivery service. Deliveries and the service is carried out by trained staff. Any claims relating to personal property or damaged products on delivery should be reported directly to your store of purchase or customer care immediately. Any returns are handled in accordance with our returns policy.

Conditions & Exclusions

• This delivery service is drop off only, to the nearest external entry point at the address.
• If your delivery address is rural or more than 50km from a Noel Leeming store, a limited-service offering may apply. We will contact you to discuss these services before delivery.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer large-item shipping or installations to the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island.

Conditions & Exclusions

• Please ensure a clear, safe pathway from the delivery truck to the place you want your item. Remove any obstacles (like furniture, rugs or clutter) and address any hazards such as wet or slippery floors or poor lighting before our team arrives.
• Someone must be home to accept the delivery and sign the delivery and installation disclaimer (aged 18 or older).
• Let us know about any stairs and ensure they’re safe. If your home has stairs or multiple levels, make sure the stairways are clear, well-lit, and safe to use. If there are more than two flights of stairs (and no elevator), please inform us beforehand
• Installation includes connecting to existing taps or electrical plugs where no alterations or additional fittings are required. Any additional plumbing or electrical work will be the purchaser's responsibility.
• Installation excludes alterations to existing fixtures and cabinetry. Our team will not remove doors or windows.
• Drainage and water hoses must be able to reach required connections as we do not extend hoses or alter fixtures to fit or install dishwashers, dish drawers, washing machines and dryers.
• Wall mounting of whiteware is excluded.
• A dryer can only be stacked on top of a washer using a compatible stacking kit. The correct stacking kit must be purchased beforehand.
• Secure pets in a separate area on delivery day for everyone’s safety. Even the friendliest pets can get underfoot and cause accidents, so we ask that all pets be kept away from the delivery and installation area until the job is done.
• Keep children at a safe distance while we work. For their safety and ours, please ensure kids stay in another room or well away from the delivery/installation area.
• Our team members do not work in crawl spaces or confined voids. For health and safety reasons, our team will not install or remove items in areas like under-floor crawl spaces or attic crawl areas. All work must be in a safe, accessible area (we won’t go under your house or into ceiling cavities).
• Installation excludes changes to fridge door hinges to swap door opening sides.
• Installation excludes integrated appliances. We will, however, install built under dishwashers.

• Removal applies to the same number and type of items being delivered (i.e. if we are delivering one fridge, we will remove one fridge).
• The whiteware that is being removed must be:
• Clean and empty
• Able to be moved to the vehicle with no obstructions
